Same documentation is required within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect shipments.

Requests must be emailed to hello@mborio.co at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
Orders can be cancelled only before tracking information is issued. After tracking is provided, cancellation is not possible.
Customers must ensure the correct product (SKU) is selected. We only ship what is ordered.
If customs fees are unpaid and the parcel returns to us, we refund the order amount minus 15%. If the parcel is destroyed by customs, a 50% refund will be issued.
