For orders shipping to Europe and Canada, please be aware that customs duties and charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. If customs payment is refused and your order is returned to Mborio, you will receive a refund once the order is tracked as "Returned to Sender," minus 15% of the order value to cover shipping and handling fees.
Any order that is destroyed by customs is subject to a 50% refund.
Missed Delivery & Incorrect Addresses:
While Mborio covers initial shipping costs, if a delivery is missed, an incorrect address is provided, or the parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, your refund will be processed minus the incurred shipping costs. If you prefer your order to be resent, additional shipping fees will apply.
